Wisdom is needed to understand this. Let the one who has understanding solve the number of the beast, for it is the number of man (or mankind, humanity). His number is 666. (some manuscripts read 616) Revelation 13:18.
***Current world population of "mankind" is approximately 7.5 billion people. Could the "beast" be revealed only when the population of "mankind" has been "reduced" to approximately 6.16 to 6.66 billion people (the number of mankind living upon the earth)?
