There I saw a woman sitting on a scarlet beast that had seven heads and ten horns, written all over with blasphemies against God. She wore purple and scarlet clothing... She held in her hand a gold goblet full of obscenities and impurities of her immorality. A mysterious name was written on her forehead: "Babylon the Great, Mother of all prostitutes and Obscenities in the World"

Scarlet Beast - the Antichrist - Satan's man along with ten nations/leaders who will rule and give their authority to him.

The Women - the Mother of all harlots, The false religious systems combined with the worlds reigning powers. Together they wage war against Jesus, who is God, but He will defeat them because He is Lord and Ruler over all.

"God's people" are.... the called and chosen and faithful ones. (Revelation 17)

The False Religious System - "Come away from her, "MY PEOPLE." Do not take part in her sins, or you will be punished with her.........

She has lived in luxury and pleasure... She boasts, I am queen of my throne. I am no helpless widow. I will not experience sorrow. She will be utterly consumed by fire, for the Lord God who judges her is mighty." (Revelation 18)
