Revelation 8:7 The first angel sounded, and there followed hail and fire mingled with blood, and they were cast upon the earth: and the third part of trees was burnt up, and all green grass was burnt up.
   What's the difference between "cast upon the earth", and "fell upon the earth"? Was it an angel, or angels, that did the casting upon? If so, would casting it upon, cause it to be traveling at a greater velocity when it hit the earth, as compared to falling as a result of gravity?
