Hello John and Doves,

We know as we get closer to the start of the Tribulation, the earth will experience birth pangs of increasing frequency and increasing intensity.

The Revelation tells us what will happen when the Sixth Seal is opened.

Revelation 6:13-14 describes what appears to be the entire crust of the earth shifting - "and the stars of the sky fell to the earth like unripe figs dropping from a tree shaken by a great wind.  The sky receded like a scroll being rolled up, and every mountain and island was moved from its place."

I remember listening years ago to a geologist describe a crustal shift.  He said that on the daylight side of the earth it would look like the sky was being rolled up like a scroll while on the night side of the earth it would like the stars were falling to the ground. 

Most volcanoes are located on the boundaries of the tectonic plates.  The earth's crust or mantle is up to 18 miles think under continents and 3 to 6 miles thick under oceans.  Extreme geological events like a huge worldwide earthquake, like what's been predicted in the Bible, can drop or raise mountain ranges, drop or lower oceans - tearing and buckling the crust...opening fissures and releasing lava into existing volcanoes and forming new ones.

Puerto Rico since Jan 1, 2020, has already experienced over 1,000 earthquakes; over 2,000 since December 28, 2019 ...and a big one hit January 6 - a 5.8, followed on January 7 by a 6.4
