The word of God is no more limited to a general message than our (DNA) is written in a general way.
We were not conceived by any man's seed.
We were conceived by a particular man's seed known as our own father's.
Our mother's received a particular man's seed given to her only by our father.
Our mother's did not receive any other seed from any other man.
Our father's and our mother's each have 23 chromosomes and they are written in a particular manner not likened to any other.
The 2 pillars with chapiters (Jachin and Boaz) of the temple each were 23 cubits tall.
1 Kings 7:15-16
For he cast two pillars of brass, of eighteen cubits high apiece: and a line of twelve cubits did compass either of them about.
[16] And he made two chapiters of molten brass, to set upon the tops of the pillars: the height of the one chapiter was five cubits, and the height of the other chapiter was five cubits:
This was the reason the Lord Jesus spake on this wise and the Jew's in the flesh of ignorance also spake these words:
John 2:19-21
Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.
[20] Then said the Jews, Forty and six years was this temple in building, and wilt thou rear it up in three days?
[21] But he spake of the temple of his body.
1 Corinthians 6:19
What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?
Psalm 139:14-16

To be born again is not by a general message.
To be born again is to be born by the pure words of the Lord's incorruptible seed which are his pure words he pronounced with his lips that have a distinct sound and are preserved for every generation.
John 6:63
It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.
