As the New Year begins, we see the " rumors of

war" leading up to the Magog war found in

Ezekiel chapters 38 and 39 (world war 3).

The on-again, off-again approach keeps us all guessing When this event will actually happen.

In Ezekiel chapters 38 and 39, we are given the names of the 6 countries who will come against  Israel in the Last Days to seize her oil-rich land and natural gas resources.

These confederated nations are:

1. Magog (Russia),

2. Persia (Iran),  

3. Ethiopia, 

4. Libya, 

5. Gomer-Germany and

6. Togarmah-Turkey.

The leader of this anti-Israel confederacy is named "Gog", the head of Magog-Russia....

and that person

is President Vladimir Putin.

It is interesting to note that this past week ( Jan. 6-10, 2020) Pres. Putin flew to *Germany*, and *Turkey,*

(which included references to *Libya*).

He also flew to Damascus, Syria to meet with Assad.

(to take charge, now that 

Soleimani left a 

vacancy ?)

While Putin was in Syria, he had his Russian foreign minister meeting with the foreign minister of *Iran*.

In that one whirl-wind week, Mr. Putin communicated with 4 of his Magog confederates, and one major ally. Something is in the 

works.

On Wednesday, Jan.22,

Mr. Putin will be meeting with Prime Minister -to-be

Mr. Netanyahu.

This coming world-war 3 scenario is both a blessing and a curse.

War is always a curse, Malachi 4:6.

Yet, the Rapture is most assuredly a Blessing.

1 Corinthians 15:51,52.

Our Rapture is noted to come at "The last trump".

The "last trump" in a series of 7 trumpets is found in Revelation/Apocalypse

 11: 15--18.

The first 6 trumpets deal with war, and our Rapture is the 7th last trumpet.

So, is 2020 the year of war AND the time of the Rapture ? It could be.

EXAMPLES

Noah: When the rain came down, Noah went *up* in the Ark.

Genesis 7 and Luke 17:27.

Sodom and Gomorrah:

When the fire and brimstone came down, Lot went *up* the mountain and escaped.

Genesis 19 and 

Luke 17:29.

Magog war:

And so likewise, it is my belief that as the missiles come

down, we go *up in the Rapture.

Rev. 11:18
