I nearly bought this error until a brother at my work pointed this out to me.

 

Gary B, you have misquoted Daniel 9:27. You said:

"And He shall confirm the Covenant with many for one week (the 70th week of Daniel), but in the MIDST of the (70th) week He shall be cut-off, but not for Himself."

I have to ask what translation this came from because it sure didn’t come out of the KJV and if it came from any other perversion then we know that you are way off in your summising.

KJV on Daniel 9:27 states: “And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.”

 

That’s what the modern versions do if this is the case. They twist and change the context of scripture!
