2019

     "The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me; Because the Lord hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek;  He hath sent me to bind up the broken hearted, To proclaim liberty to the captives. And the opening of the prison to them that are bound;
     To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, and the day of vengeance of our God; To comfort all that mourn," Isaiah 61:1-2.  
Introduction
     I posted the first similar "welcome" in January of  2017.  That was a great year to look for the coming of our Lord.   There were many of the "signs" the Lord told His people to watch for, which came to pass, or begin to appear, in 2017.  But the Lord didn't come that year!  
     Nevertheless, I posted another "welcome" in November of 2017, welcoming our readers to the new year of 2018.   It just seemed that so many "signs" the Lord told us to watch for, were appearing, or coming to pass, that surely our Lord would come in 2018.  But He didn't!  
     Having been in the Lord's ministry for now 65 years, and seriously studying His Word all of those years, I realize that God's Word is a progressive revelation that has been unfolding over the many centuries of this present Dispensation of Grace.  And it is still going on even as I write.  
     But due to the timely convergence of some very certain prophetic "signs" the prophetic Word instructs God's people to watch for, I am once more writing a "welcome" to another new year; 2019.  Why?  Because of the inspired Words of the Lord Himself as set forth by His prophet, Isaiah.  Read our text Scripture for this study again.  
A Careful Distinction
     In Matthew 24:36 the Lord Himself, in speaking of His coming again,  explicitly stated, "But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but My Father only."  All of the efforts of men, both Godly men and ungodly men, to set the date of the Lord's coming, have miserable failed.    
      But now look at our Scripture text in Isaiah 61.  Doesn't this inspired Scripture specifically say that "the acceptable YEAR of the Lord" would be proclaimed, as well as "the DAY of the vengeance of our God?  Doesn't it?  Isn't that what this Scripture says?  Every honest reader knows it is!
     So while the exact "day" of the Lord's return may never be known by any one, the "year" is to be "proclaimed."  Praise the Lord!  Due to a number of important prophetic "signs" all  coming together at this very time, I cannot help but think that this is the "year" of our Lord's coming to resurrect and rapture His Church and His believing people to glory.    
     Therefore, based on this Scripture in Isaiah 61, and also on the "signs" which are being shown  forth right now as I write, I am once again writing out a "Welcome" for 2019, for every true Bible believer.  In view of what is being set in place right now, I feel assured that this YEAR will be the year of our Lord's coming for us.  Praise the Lord!  
     Now I want to acquaint our readers with what is happening which will effect dramatic changes in the whole world system.......
Perry Stone
     I have no idea how many of our readers watch and listen to the preaching of Perry Stone.  I am personally not able to receive his program here in my location in Missouri, or I would be listening to him myself.  I count him as a dear brother in Christ, and a true "man of God."  
On one of his recent programs, he stated that 2019 will be the greatest year in Bible prophecy that any of us believers has ever seen.  I couldn't agree more with his statement, and now, by the grace of God,  I will set before our readers some of the reasons why.....
The "Sign" of the Man of Sin  
     Dear readers, if you have read 2 Thessalonians 2:3, then read it again, and believe what it says.
     Those of our readers who carefully try to keep up with what is going on in the world, are surely aware of the demonstrations, marches, protests, riots, and literal  fighting in the streets,  that have been going on in Paris, France for several weeks now.  Or our readers may not be aware of it.  To the best of my knowledge, none of the mainline liberal news media in America is reporting on it.  Nevertheless, nearly every day of the week there is massive demonstrations and disturbances going on in France, mostly in the streets of Paris.  Why?  
     Because the French people elected a new President to office a few months ago.  He had hardly gotten settled into office until he imposed  oppressive TAXES upon the whole nation of France.  Kablooey!  It went over like a lead baloon, and an uprising against the French government began.
     The new President of France is a man with five names.  No, I'm not joking.  His full name is Emmanuel Jean Michel Frederic Macron.  Every one of these five names has a meaning related to God.  This seems very strange, since Macron's parents were avowed atheists, and  he was brought up as an atheist.  And Macron followed in their footsteps with one exception.  Although he claims to be an atheist, he went to a Catholic Church and received the Catholic version of baptism by a Catholic priest.  Interesting!    
     But even more interesting is the fact that Macron has expressed a desire to rule the world, and also to be worshiped as the God of the Universe.  He has been compared to "Jupiter,"  the ancient God of the Roman Empire, and has been publicly labeled as "the Sun King,"    "the Savior of Europe," and "Jesus Macron."  
     I remind our readers that the present nation of France was right in the heart of the ancient Roman Empire, and this man, Macron, claims to be a "Roman."  
     Dear readers, if this man is not the anti-christ being revealed to the world, then he surely must be the forerunner of the anti-christ.  Remember that the Lord Jesus Christ had a forerunner; John the Baptist.  Satan certainly likes to imitate or counterfeit the things of God, so perhaps, if not the anti-christ himself, Macron is his forerunner.
The "Sign" of the Covenant
     Daniel 9:27 sets forth a prophecy of a future Roman "prince" who will "confirm" [strengthen] a covenant with Israel for a period of seven years.  In other words, this future "prince" will be a man who comes forth out of the territory once occupied by the ancient Roman Empire.  How well this fits with the President of the nation of France.  
      The fact that the Hebrew word translated as "confirm" in this Scripture actually means to "strengthen," strongly suggests that a covenant is already in place, before it will be "strengthened" by the anti-christ.  The people involved, as one studies the Book of Daniel, is the nation and people of Israel.  So while this covenant may also concern other nations, it definitely concerns the land and nation of Israel.  The covenant may guarantee the borders of Israel, in order to stop the fighting between Israel and their Muslim neighbors.  What the covenant actually says can only be guessed at right now.  But the fact that such a covenant will exist is inspired Scripture.
     In view of this prophesied covenant, it is interesting that a "World Peace Plan" is to be presented to the United Nations this next month; February, 2019.  Significantly, this plan is being drawn up by America, under the leadership of President Trump.  It is already well known that President Trump favors the nation and people of Israel, so much so that he moved the American Embassy to Jerusalem, making the statement that "Jerusalem is the eternal capitol of the Israelite people."  Glory to God!  
      So right at this time, a likely candidate for the anti-christ is on the scene, and also a covenant, both of which are predicted in Daniel 9:27.
The "Sign" of  Upheaval
     Every serious student of Bible prophecy knows that the Lord Jesus Himself predicted, "For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes in divers places," Matthew 24:7.
     And again in Luke 21:25, the Lord prophesied, "And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars: and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring."  
     Dear readers, the world has never previously  been in such a mess as it is in today.  As I write, North Korea is once again producing missiles capable of carrying nuclear warheads into the heart of America.  America has been told by Russia not to move against North Korea.  War continues to rage in Syria between Israel and the Russian troops who are "protecting" Syria.  Our American troops have just been called home.   Communist China is highly upset with America, due to a Trade War depriving China of huge tariffs on their goods.  The American economy is teetering on the edge of total collapse.  
     Over the past two years, there have most definitely been "signs" in the Sun, and in the stars [constellations].  As I write China has just landed a space vehicle on the dark side of the Moon.  What will result from this is yet to be seen.  
     There have also been several huge hurricanes and tsunamis over the past two years, causing massive damage.  As I write the nation of Indonesia is still digging out from the effects of a gigantic tsunami caused by a huge earthquake.  The combination of the earthquake and tsunami   caused massive damage and killed hundreds of people.   This past fall the east coast of America suffered terribly from a hurricane that swept inland from the Gulf and went right up the coast line.
      Now America is experiencing a bitter winter in the northern parts of the country, while warmer weather prevails in the south.  Terrible blizzards have swept through the northern and middle sections of the country, at the same time the weather was in the 50's and 60's in the south.  Totally strange "signs."  Fulfilling the predictions of the Lord Jesus Christ right to the letter.  Are our readers paying attention?  
The Numerical Significance of 2019
     "20" is the number in the Bible which signifies, "redemption."  Of course, every year of this century begins with this number, because this is the century which will see the completion of fallen mankind's  domination of the earth, and the establishment of the Lord's Kingdom over the earth.  
     "19" is the number in the Bible which signifies "faith."  This number is connected with the doctrine of "faith" everywhere it is found in God's Word.  
     So the two numbers making up the present year number signify both "redemption and faith" for this current year.  Further.......

     "2" is the number in the Bible which signifies, "departure; to leave; to go out; to separate."  
     "1" is the number in the Bible which signifies, "unity; to be united."  
    "9" is the number in the Bible which signifies, "Spirit; the Spirit of God; spirit of man; fruit of the Spirit; evil spirit."  
     So these three numbers become very significant in the light of the soon coming rapture of God's people.  At the rapture, we who are true believers, indwelt by the Holy Spirit of God, will leave this present evil world [Galatians 1:4] to be united with our Lord and Savior in Heaven above.  But how can we be sure of this?
     Let's just add these three numbers, and they total up to "12," which is the number in the Bible which signfies, "The power or authority of God."  Glory to the Lord God.  

     But let's not stop here!  Let's take the "2" and use it to multiply the "19."   The total will be  "38," which is the number in the Bible which signifies, "Righteousness; the righteousness of God."  And dear readers, when the rapture occurs, we who are true believers will see the Lord Jesus for ourselves and be clothed in His righteousness, Philippians 3:20-21; 1 John 3:1-2.  Oh, glory to God!  Hallelujah!  Praise the Lord!  
  Conclusion
     Dear readers, everything about 2019 indicates that this is the year of our Lord's coming to resurrect and rapture His Church and believing children to glory in Heaven above.  
     Any reader who is not truly saved is not ready to meet the Lord.  Such readers will be left behind to enter into and face the terrors of the terrible seven year Tribulation Period.  The Lord Himself does not want that for you, and neither do I.  Please, please, right now, go to the Lord in humble faith and prayer, and "make your calling and election sure," 2 Peter 1:10-11.  
     Those readers who are truly saved should right now be witnessing to, and earnesly praying, for your loved ones, friends, and neighbors who have never received Christ as their Savior.  "I'll do it later" may be entirely too late.  When the Trumpet sounds, it will be too late to witness to anyone, for we believers will be "causht up" to glory in an instant of time.  Read it for yourself in 1 Corinthians 15:52.  
     May our gracious Lord God add His blessings to this "welcome" and "warning," is my prayer.
