Dressing up a la the Pope of Rome. Honestly.... it's a joke. It would be even funnier if they weren't so deluded. When David Cameron was still PM in UK, I was watching a news clip with Cameron, the Queen and the Archbishop (No... they didn't walk into a bar. This is, sadly, not a joke) The Queen was having a conversation with Cameron... something mind numbingly political... when Cameron said something un PC about immigrants. To my astonishment, the ruddy Archbishop stepped in and rebuked David Cameron - contradicting his statement. Both Cameron and the Queen zipped their lips accordingly. It really hit me, then, how much power the outwardly religious hierarchy have over the establishment. The Church of England keeps a lower profile than the Vatican extravaganza but they have more political power than we realise.
I would be more courteous and respectful of these buffoons if they actually preached the true gospel. Supported Israel and were active in helping the poor. But they are poseurs.... trapped in the time honoured tradition of ransacking their childhood dressing up box.
