TURNING YOUR LIFE AROUND


     Probably the biggest impediment for people to turn their lives over to the
HOLY SPIRIT is DOUBT.  Doubt that HE can actually manage ALL of your
affairs, and especially the little ones or the "Fine" Details that we all face on
a Daily Basis. There is an innate sense that we HAVE to do OUR PART in this
Commitment.  IF we DON'T, we feel like we are not then sincere enough to
"Hold Up" our part of the "Bargain". NOTHING could be FURTHER FROM
the TRUTH. What? Like HE can't do it without our Help? Again nothing could be
Further from the TRUTH !  IF and WHEN you do decide to take up HIS YOKE,
the "Arrangement" does start Slow.  It starts with you leaving the BIG 
DECISIONS up to HIM.  Ex. Starting a new job, or buying a new house. Stuff
like that.  You sorta let HIM KNOW what it is you (think) you want to happen,
so you sit back and watch to see if HE will "Grant" you your wishes. When
HE doesn't, you begin to DOUBT the Wisdom of your choice to commit. Most
people then "back-off" and ponder their choice to "Wear that Yoke".  They
don't immediately realize that releasing their will to HIM doesn't mean HE will
Grant you ALL of your desires. YOU DON'T KNOW what's best for you, but 
HE DOES and it's seldom what you "Desire".   And THAT'S the POINT, you are
now TRUSTING HIM to KNOW WHAT'S BEST for you. TOTALLY !  You really
have to FORCE yourself NOT to Decide on your own behalf...on anything !
And THAT is VERY HARD to DO !  VERY HARD !   Many, Many, people quit
at this point and think they will start again when they are in a better or more
Secure Position. Sad, Sad !  That's why HE said FEW THERE BE THAT FIND
IT !  They "try" it for awhile, then back away when their expectations aren't
met.  But they usually do start going to Church** more often.....
     Let me give a piece of advice that worked for me.  NEVER take the "Third
Strike".  Try for your desire once, if it doesn't manifest, try again.  If it doesn't
Happen then..quit !  NEVER TRY a Third Time.  Consider HE doesn't WANT
it to Happen for You and ACCEPT it as HIS WILL. Now WAIT on HIM to see
What happens.  You will be Amazed !  This is where TRUST IN HIM Begins.
Stay with that "Rule" until YOU BEGIN to UNDERSTAND what HE is 
Requiring of you.  Hopefully you will start backing off from your self-centered
desires and let HIM take TOTAL CHARGE of your well being as HE SEES IT.
NOT YOU !  Let us NEVER FORGET....compared to HIM, we are stupid beyond
imagination, even tho our egos tell us otherwise. Then as HE continues to Amaze
you, you then find yourself "releasing" more and more of your choices to HIM.
Pretty soon you become GLAD to"dump" everything on HIM and guess what?
THAT is Exactly what HE WANTS US TO DO !  HE Is QUITE CAPABLE of handling
even the smallest of the Details of our lives, honest, HE CAN and WILL..as soon
as you release your will to HIS.  Try HIM !   HE tells us to..........it is WRITTEN !
