"So you are
to know and discern that from the
issuing of a decree to
restore and rebuild Jerusalem until Messiah the Prince
there will be seven weeks [that is, 49 Years]..."
[Dan.9:25][NASB]
The above verse is telling us that after 49 Years of 360 Days the Messiah the Prince will come for His Bride, the Remnant Church.
We now know when the decree was issued, and as a consequence, when we should count off the 360 Days of 49 Years!
The Jews returned to Jerusalem in 1967 and the Jewish Government did Issue a Decree, establishing the City of Jerusalem as the Capital of Israel.
For the Prime Minister of Israel, Menachem Begin in 1978, wrote about it in a letter to President Jimmy Carter.
The letter read as follows:

Dear Mr. President:
I have the honor to inform you, Mr. President, that on 28 June 1967 - Israel's parliament (The Knesset) promulgated and adopted a law to the effect: "the Government is empowered by a decree to apply the law, the jurisdiction and administration of the State to any part of Eretz Israel (Land of Israel - Palestine), as stated in that decree."
On the basis of this law, the government of Israel decreed in July 1967 that Jerusalem is one city indivisible, the capital of the State of Israel.

49 Years of 360 Days = 17,640.
Then to the 28th of June 1967 we add 17,640 Days to arrive at the 14th of October 2015. This means we should expect the Messiah the Prince to come for us within 360 Days after the 14th of October 2015!

To and including: Saturday, 8 October 2016
Result: 360 days
It is 360 days from the start date to the end date, end date included.
