The book is cherry picked prophetic fiction and bears no resemblance to what my Bible has to say on the subject. It is a Catholic apologetic, an early 1984 and/or BRAVE NEW WORLD and a pot boiler.
It's not badly written, although character development could be a lot better. I give the author high marks for his technical and political prescience. He anticipates much of forthcoming technology and geopolitical development. Remember, the date of publication is 1908 -- pre Russian Revolution, pre flight, pre electronics, pre indoor plumbing and, in general, pre anything we take for granted today.
In short, this book is for entertainment only!
