"PART II of Calendar Study - The Equation by Malcolm Isted & Yr. of Jubilee"

Beginning in Part 2 below, the author Malcolm Isted describes as evidence
for the Jubilee timing.  His observations and material he provides is really
an eye-opener!  I'm not saying his presentation of what he determines
as factual is 100% accurate, but certainly worth considering.

What really got my attention was the date he established for the coming
Tribulation/Jubilee. That date is exactly what I have determined in my "Calendar
Study" (see my Part I Revised and updated Calendar Study.

The EQUATION by Malcolm Isted

THE JUBILEE -

PART 2

IN this brief introduction we have some serious questions to answer. Why
did the global financial system begin to melt down in 2001 and 2008? Was
this foreseen in the Bible, and where does it lead to?

As we have already pointed out on our leading page “ABOUT” the book,
there is a pattern to these events that conforms to the Hebrew calendar. For it
was on the last day of the years 5761 and 5768 that these things took place.
This being so, are there any grounds for believing that these dates are part of
a cycle of events that occur every seven years on the Hebrew calendar,
particularly the last day of this cycle?

To answer this question we first need to find out whether there is such a
chronological pattern in the Bible and whether it has any relevance to what
we are seeing. Even though some might have a great deal of difficulty
accepting this, especially those who fail to see the significance of the Jews
being back in their land, this does not alter the evidence that is before us,
and the meaning of that evidence.

From a purely statistical perspective, the fact that two identical world-
changing events have happened on the same day on the Hebrew calendar at
this interval, ought to raise our awareness levels regardless of our theology.
For those who do know the prophetic significance of the rebirth of Israel in
1948, and are aware that there is a specific seven-year cycle that is tied to
the land of Israel, these world-changing events ought to send them
scrambling for answers – unless they are asleep.

Let us take a closer look at this phenomenon. It is called the Jubilee cycle,
and because the Jews are back in the land of Israel, it is very much alive, and
counting down the days to the coming of the Kinsman Redeemer.
“AND the Lord spoke to Moses on Mount Sinai, saying, ‘Speak to the
children of Israel, and say to them: “When you come into the land which I
give you, then the land shall keep a sabbath to the Lord”’” (Lev 25:1-2).

This Jubilee law required that the land be planted and reaped for six years
and rested on the seventh year. Then, after seven cycles of seven years, on
the tenth day of the seventh month of the fiftieth year, the Jubilee trumpet
would signify the great Year of Jubilee when all debts would be cancelled
and all the land would be returned to its original owners.

If we read this full account in Leviticus chapter 25, we will notice that the
land of Israel is central to this law. It is the law of the land, and though it
might have been suspended when Israel was out of the land, it has never
been annulled.

Therefore when the Jews came back into their land, or more accurately,
when the land that was taken from them was legally
restored to them by the nations of the world (as represented by the League
of Nations) – the Jubilee cycle, knowingly or unknowingly, came back to life,
and for the first time in nearly 2000 years a definite, deliberate and divine
ly ordained timeline was established to measure the time to the end – the Fi
nal Jubilee.

If we study this cycle and understand it, we will come to the conclusion
that the Messiah of Israel, who is also their Kinsman Redeemer, will only
return to the land of Israel and restore it to its original owners in a Year of
Jubilee. He is not the ‘Jesus can come any day’ Messiah that the Christian
church is waiting for, for He has set His appointed times in His Word, and
He will not break it for anyone, not even the church!

So when did the modern Jubilee cycle begin? If we study the history of the
early twentieth century, we will discover that the land called Palestine was
under the jurisdiction of the Turkish Ottoman Empire until it was formally
dissolved at the Treaty of Lausanne in July 1923. Therefore, that part of
Palestine envisaged in the British Mandate of 1922 (which excluded eastern
Palestine) only became the de jure possession of the Jewish people in July
1923, and the Jubilee cycle began at the beginning of the Hebrew year 1
Tishrei 5684 on 11 September 1923.

According to this timetable, the first Year of Jubilee (50th year) in the
modern era was in 1973. Thereafter the seven-year cycles ended in 1980,
1987, 1994, 2001 and 2008. These sabbatical or shmita years are perfectly in
sync with the current Jubilee cycle in the land of Israel. This is significant
because the Jewish people (knowingly or unknowingly) are adhering to an
accurate chronology (legally and biblically) that will enable them to meet
with their Kinsman Redeemer on the Day of Atonement in the Year of
Jubilee (Leviticus 25:9-10).

So now, for the first time, we can begin to answer some of our questions.
Because these seven-year cycles begin on the Hebrew new year called
Rosh Hashanah, they end of the last day of the year. Therefore when Wall Street
crashed on 17 September 2001, beginning a week that saw the worst stock
market crash since 1929, since the Great Depression, it was not only the last
day of the Hebrew year 5761, but the last day of a sabbatical Jubilee cycle.
And when it crashed again on 29 September 2008 and set another record
loss for a single day, and began the Great Recession, the greatest global
financial crisis in the history of the world, which continues to this day, it
was not only the last day of the Hebrew year 5768, but the last day of a
sabbatical Jubilee cycle. We now know that these great meltdowns of the
global financial system have not happened by chance but by design, so we
ought to know where they are leading us

SO where are they leading us? If they are the outworking of this ancient
economic cycle that is tied to the land of Israel and the redemption of Israel,
we have our first clue where they are leading us. If we simply follow this
cycle to its conclusion it will tell us:

The Lord said to Moses: “And you shall count seven sabbaths of years for
yourself, seven times seven years; and the time of the seven sabbaths of
years shall be to you forty-nine years. Then you shall cause the trumpet of
the Jubilee to sound on the tenth day of the seventh month; on the Day of
Atonement you shall make the trumpet to sound throughout all your land.
And you shall consecrate the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty throughout
all the land to all its inhabitants. It shall be a Jubilee for you; and each of
you shall return to his possession, and each of you shall return to his family”
(Leviticus 25:8-10).

Since Jesus will not return to the land of Israel other than as its Kinsman
Redeemer, that is, the One who will set the Jewish people free from the
tyranny of Antichrist, and return their covenant land, all of it, “from the river
of Egypt to the great river, the River Euphrates” (Genesis 15:18), if He does
not come in the following Year of Jubilee, at the end of the 7th sabbatical
cycle, He will not come for another forty-nine years!

If we project the current Jubilee cycle to its conclusion, that is, when
“seven times seven years” have passed since the last Year of Jubilee in
1973, we will arrive at 1973 + 49 years = 2022, the next Year of Jubilee.

Notice how the two greatest crashes of the global financial system to date
are in sync with the following Jubilee cycles: The first meltdown at end of
the Hebrew year 5761 in 2001 coincided with the end of the fourth
sabbatical cycle or shmita year; the second meltdown at the end of the
Hebrew year 5768 in 2008 coincided with the end of the fifth sabbatical
cycle or shmita year (the Hebrew years in this table are the end of the year).

Now consider this. The sixth sabbatical cycle coincides with the end of the
Hebrew year 5775 in 2015; and the end of the seventh and final sabbatical
cycle coincides with the end of the Hebrew year 5782 in 2022.
In other words, if this cycle is accurate, and 2022 is the year of the Final
Jubilee, the return of Christ, it becomes clear that the world is headed for a
major financial and economic disaster in the year 2015.

We are not saying something here that is hard to believe. Those who
understand the consequences of the worsening sovereign debt crisis in
Europe, the unstoppable and rapid demise of the world’s global currency,
the US dollar, and many other aspects of the financial markets, know that
the end is near – they just don’t know when it is coming. But the Bible does,
because it has been predicting this outcome for thousands of years.
The ultimate question that needs to be answered is how do we prove all
this? Despite the uncanny relationship between the Wall Street crashes and
the Jubilee cycles, and the steadily deteriorating economic crisis, and all the
other signs that the Bible indicates will accompany the return of Christ, we
cannot base this prediction on a single timeline. We need more evidence.
Perhaps Jesus Himself has provided this. During His famous Olivet
Discourse He said to the Jews: “Now learn this parable from the fig tree:

When its branch has already become tender and puts forth leaves, you know
that summer is near ... Assuredly, I say to you, this generation will by no
means pass away till all these things take place” (Matthew 24:32-34).

Because this is only a brief introduction, we are not able to do justice to
this astonishing prediction. This is a very specific time prophecy. What
Jesus is saying (as the Date-setter) is that the events He is describing on the
Mount of Olives are going to impact on the audience before Him, the nation
of Israel (the fig tree), at the time of the end. At that time, everything He is
telling them will be completed within one generation from the date of its
future rebirth (tender branch putting forth leaves) in the Hebrew year 5708.
The key to solving this riddle is the length of a generation. If we knew for
sure how many years He was referring to, it would be the easiest of calculations
to determine the precise year of the end. That Jesus was setting a date here is
an inescapable and obvious truth, except to those who believe in the doctrine of
eminence or some other distortion of the Word of God.

MY DISAGREEMENT IS HERE WHEN HE DISPUTES THE DOCTRINE OF
"EMINENCE"  I believe the Rapture is eminent and that the Tribulation
is a set, established date that will not change.  So both are correct IMO.

Moses, the man of God, had this to say about a generation: “The days of
our lives are seventy years; and if by reason of strength they are eighty
years, yet their boast is only labor and sorrow” (Psalm 90:10).
Since the average lifespan of the developed world is currently 75 years, we
believe that Moses was also referring to this end-time generation. The
average of 70 and 80 is 75, and 5708 (birth of Israel) + 75 years = 5783.
This Hebrew year begins in September 2022 (see table on previous page.)
