Both scriptures below speak of blood moons.  In Joel 2: 20  it is BEFORE THE COMING GREAT AND AWESOME DAY OF THE LORD.  Could this be the awesome Rapture?

In Joel 2: 31  it is BEFORE THE GREAT AND TERRIBLE  DAY OF THE LORD.  Could this be referring to the start of the great tribulation?

Acts 2: 20

"The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood,  BEFORE the coming GREAT AND AWESOME DAY OF THE LORD"

Joel 2: 31

The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, BEFORE the GREAT AND

TERRIBLE day of the Lord come.

ONE IS A GREAT AND TERRIBLE DAY, and the other is A GREAT AND AWESOME DAY.  Could be an AWESOME DAY for believers - AMEN ! ! !

March 20, 2015 is the most interesting day of the year 2015 because it absolutely unique for the following coinciding reasons:

 

March 20, 2015 is the Vernal Spring Equinox which is first day of Spring set by God on His calendar

March 20, 2015 is the day of a rare' total-solar eclipse' followed two weeks later by the third 'full-blood-moon' eclipse

March 20, 2015 is the day of the New Moon of Nisan 1, which is the 'first month' on God's lunar calendar

March 20, 2015 is New Year's Day, Nisan 1, of God's Sacred Year lunar calendar

 

March 20, 2015 is Nisan 1 on God's calendar, is A SHADOW OF THINGS TO COME OF WHICH THE BODY IS IN CHRIST !!!

 

Acts 2:20

"The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood BEFORE the coming great and awesome DAY OF THE LORD."

 

Colossians 2:16

"in respect of an HOLY DAY, or of THE NEW MOON, or of the Sabbath day, WHICH ARE A SHADOW OF THINGS TO COME , but THE BODY IS IN CHRIST."

 

I believe the coming 'Day of the Lord' will BEGIN ON THE NEW MOON OF NISAN 1, 2016 exactly one year TO THE DAY from the New Moon of Nisan 1, 2015 which is "A SHADOW OF THINGS TO COME".
