Hi John and Doves,

Being bowled over by the rapid rate of unfolding prophecy, I KNOW that we are near the time of the end. I also know that the timing belongs to Almighty God and we, His church, must await revelation and illumination. After all - we are not told to 'watch' for no reason. We will receive a giant 'heads up' when our time comes. I picture us (the church) poised at the starting line, tense and trembling - waiting for the starters pistol to sound. That's where we are - at the beginning of the race. We've trained for this, we've studied for this, we've dreamed and prayed about this. Now, it has evolved from theory to reality. We await the starters pistol. Nervous and unsure, we can only have faith in the One who called us for training and learning, watching and waiting.

As vile and evil as the world is proving, we can take comfort in this: Romans 13:1 (KJV) Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: The powers that be are ordained of God. For a more contemporary take - (NIV) Let everyone be subject to the governing authorities for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist, have been established by God. We, the church, suffer guilt about how passive we have been - allowing the steady erosion of everything that is good. Almost as if we have all been asleep. Gosh - even the greats, like Billy Graham - couldn't stop the tide. It is time to accept that what has been ordained to happen (finished and written in the Bible - a fait accompli)is exactly what WILL happen. Our prayers are being stored in Heaven. Let us be thankful.

Although the Bible is replete with stories of the miracles of prayer, repentance and redemption - these are all in the past. What is written in the Bible is complete and WILL come to pass. Those praying for a revival in America or Europe, pray in vain. As in the powerful book of Job, the devil has permission to bring about a testing of mankind. It simply has to happen in order for mankind to wake up and smell the coffee. I take huge comfort in the realisation that our LORD is fully in control and that we have NOTHING to fear.

Time is short. We need to pray as never before. Pray for the peace of Jerusalem (THE key) and that our Almighty God's will be done - on earth as it is in Heaven.

See you soon, brothers and sisters. I can't wait. A very close sister in Christ has told me that she'll meet me by the river (we've never met in person) after the Rapture. ACES! I propose a Dove's 'get together', down by the river. With our LORD. Can you imagine the sheer joy???
