I have heard this more than once! That the new TVs have cameras in them where they can actually WATCH everything going on in the room including THOSE who are watching THEM and what they are viewing. That is why they wanted everyone to change over, forcing many people to get new boxes or new TVs  - it was either last year or the year before...

P.S. --- OH, and I also heard that you don't even have to have the TV set turned ON and they can still watch you. I guess the only way they are kept from watching you - is if you actually unplug the set from the wall.
