David, this is going to sound kind  of tough but it is true.

Right at this very moment you are comparing your self righteousness with that of your daughter Brittany. I can tell you that in God's eyes you and she are not much different. Every one of us is desparatly wicked. I suggest thatyou stop focusing on your daughters sins and start dealing with your own. I do not feel sorry for you, I feel sad that you have such a low opinion of your own flesh and blood. You should in reality be extatic that she recieved Jesus as a child. She will be in eternity with us. Sadly, her life on earth will be very difficult but I wish all my children were saved as is your daughter. Dont worry, God is her father. He knows just exactly what she is going through and desparatley loves her. He will deal with His own!!..You need to read about the life of Sampson and how God mightily used him and yet he was such a lawbreaker. Dont worry, Sampson will be in our eternity, but his diffficulties on this earth were of his own choosing. God used him in spite of his sin.

 

Stop your whining and start giving God the glory!! and stop thinking you are so much better than your daughter!!  Count your blessings!!
