"Word This Morning"

    Dear Friends in Christ,

In my early morning time with the Lord this morning, the following scriptures were given to me:

    1. During a terrible time of captivity, a king of Judah named Jehoiachin, was given favor by the king of Babylon. He was RELEASED FROM PRISON, was given a CHANGE of clothes, was made a ruler (a throne above the kings of Babylon), and was given a continual diet of the king (a king's portion); Jeremiah 52:31-34; 2 Kings 25:27-30.

2.The king desires to show kindness to the one who dwells in "Lodebar" (a place of exile) because of a covenant he made; 2 Samuel 9:7 Those who are "lame on their feet" due to A FALL, shall be TAKEN FROM THE PLACE OF EXILE, and brought by "David" to sit with him and his sons at the table. I heard the Lord say "Go fetch Mephibosheth" and BRING HIM TO THE KING'S TABLE! see 2 Samuel 9:1-13.

    3. In Genesis 37:7, Joseph told his brethren "...we were binding sheaves in the field and MY SHEAF AROSE...". Several years passed, but at the appointed time, Joseph was brought into his inheritance. He was BROUGHT HASTILY OUT - TAKEN out of the dungeon, was given a CHANGE of clothes, and brought before Pharaoh. Joseph was given charge over the land of Egypt, a ring was placed upon his hand, and he was ARRAYED IN VESTURES OF FINE LINEN, with a gold chain about his neck; see Genesis 41:14; 40-46.

    4. Luke 17:34-36: "I tell you, in that night there shall be two men in one bed; the one shall be TAKEN, and the other shall be left. Two women shall be grinding together; the one shall be TAKEN, and the other left. Two men shall be in the field; the one shall be TAKEN, and the other left.

    5. Song of Solomon 2:13-14: "The fig tree putteth forth her green figs, and the vines with the tender grape give a good smell. ARISE, MY LOVE, my fair one, and COME AWAY. O my dove, that art in the clefts of the ROCK, in the secret places of the stairs, let me see thy countenance, let me hear thy voice, and thy countenance is comely (THE KING WANTS TO SEE HER FACE)!

I pray this will encourage you.
