I do see subtle images of female parts and male parts.  I will stop my
comments at this point on the sexual images.

Notice the pierced hand!  And it was pierced by "the government."

"The government" is also on his shoulder.

Not sure about the cat, but it might be referencing back to Egypt somehow.
