RE: Christy's question about Tamiflu Last Spring I caught the flu (this was a bad strain). I don't know which strain I had as I didn't have the money for further testing and they said to put my money into getting better. I generally avoid doctors and am not much for medicines. I was so sick though, I seriously felt like I was going to die. So I went to Urgent care, that's all I could afford. They gave me a prescription for Tamiflu and and an antibiotic. Within a few hours I felt like I wasn't continuing to get worse, but instead a little bit better. For me, I felt like these two drugs saved my life. I didn't have any adverse reactions to it. I don't know how Tamiflu would work though on a healthy person. Ruby http://www.fivedoves.com/letters/jan2013/christyk118.htm
