good suggestions, Karen...also, Elderberry...wonderful! Virus have "spikes" they use to inject their RNA into our cells with so they can "commandeer" our cells into making more. The Elderberry has active components that "snip" the spike off, rendering them inactive. Do some research...God did not leave us completely defenseless...I personally like Sambuca. And in the event vaccines are mandatory then to do heavy metal detoxes which can be found at a good natural health store or ordered from reputable companies.
