"Lewis Brackett - re: atheist's dream"

This is supposed to be a vision given to an ATHEIST.
In this dream he saw Jesus in Heaven, whom he knew
from His pierced hands and feet.

Christianity isn't a religion, it is a relationship.
Being a member of the Baptist Club, or the Catholic
Club, or the Methodist Club isn't going to get one
toenail into Heaven.

If you are not a Blood Bought Child of God, you are
just as this atheist was, before he found his Savior.
You can attend church morning noon and night,
and give all tht you have to the poor and STILL
wind up in hell.

I didn't read that Jesus encouraged bad behavior at
all, just that trials and tribulations would make him
an OVERCOMER. A word that can't be used in the same
sentence with most "Christians" in America.

Jesus knew Peter would deny Him, and even told him so,
but few acts have given us more hope, when we see
Peter repent of a betrayal only eclipsed by Judas,
and Jesus restores him to fellowship with Him.

I cannot tell "Christians" in America today from the
proud lost souls among us.
You could write a book about how far we have gone
off the track. We make the Laodiceans look like the
Philadelphians.

I would like to talk to this person more about the
essential subjects of repentance and salvation,
and until then I will withhold judgment.

I wish Dr Richard Eby was still alive and many others
who have said that they have seen Jesus in Heaven.
This person's account sounds very similar to Dr Eby.

If what he experienced was true, we will all find out
in a few months.
