Hi Jennie - I was struck by what you shared and had a thought about the meaning of your dream.  You mentioned checking dream dictionaries for the meaning of the trees falling.  I had a different understanding.

 

My husband and I have been given the responsibility to come against the systems of men in the specific ways the Lord has shown us.  This past fall we were shown that that has come to an end.  When I asked the Lord about it He showed me, in a mini-vision or moment of clarity, a picture of a tree falling after 2 logsmen had been working a crosscut saw at the base of it.  He gave me the understanding that Bob and I have been sawing at the tree in our work and now it was time to get out of the way and let it fall. 

 

The dream you had about trees falling may actually have to do with showing you that as the systems of men fall around us you do not need to be so concerned with the systems of men (bill paying, etc), because those are the systems that are falling, crashing to the ground. Understanding the financial picture on not only our nation but also the whole world verifies this.  Allowing you to get to a point of not having enough money to pay the bills is His way of showing you that money is one of the systems of men and He wants your attention and trust totally on Him, not anything of man.  So stand back and let the trees fall!!  He has a better plan!

I messed up last night and lashed out at God. I have been praying for a Financial Blessing (Miracle) in my life right now because my Husband can't find a job and I for the FIRST TIME in 20 years, can't pay all my bills this month. I have been praying for over 5 months and others have too. So, last night I lost it, and YELLED at God for letting me down when I am so devoted to him.

He gave me a very disturbing dream last night putting me in the middle of the street and all the big trees starting falling down around me. VERY DISTURBING

I looked up this morning on both Spiritual and Regular Dream Dictionaries and this is what it said about Falling Trees

To see a falling tree in your dream means that you are feeling off balance and out of sync.

Perhaps, you are off track and headed in the wrong direction

I for the first time I actually GOT HOLLARD AT BY GOD!!! WOW!! What a wake up call. I guess I do belong to God's Family after all since God was GRACIOUS enough to YELL BACK at me? I deserved it, and this morning I asked God for his Forgiveness and to give me the Strength and Faith that I need to get though these tough times.

I just wanted to share with you all that when we feel like God has Abandoned us, he really hasn't.

He is here and he knows what we all are going through, so I will be obedient to him and continue to pray and serve him.
