not really... I saw an article that pointed out that a
centrally controlled electric grid can be hacked and power
shut down for a long time...... how long can you go
without drinking water?
maybe even more likely is that smart meter tech is an AGENDA 21 issue.

If the state of Wisconsin rebels against the NWO, the NWO peope can shut off their power on a hot week until much of the population has died of thirst...
