Dear John and Doves:

I had a couple of experiences today that I want to share.

First:
This morning (1-03-13) my computer wouldn’t connect to the internet, which has been an ongoing problem with it since August, so I relied on my phone, as usual, to connect to the internet and read 5 Doves letters.

I got to the 5 Doves homepage and was pushing the down button to get to the letters.  I accidentally hit the button one too many times, and it stopped on the first article listed below the months.  Guess what that article is?!!!

I didn’t feel very well this morning (actually most of the day), and had just been thinking, “When is He coming”?  Maybe, it wasn’t an accident that it stopped on that article after all.

In case the time means something, I was sitting in the kitchen when this happened and all 3 digital clocks (stove, coffee maker, microwave) had the same time, 10:44.
It is unusual for the clocks to be in sync.
 
Second:
This afternoon, I had a lot of pressure in my head and behind my eyes from sinus and allergy problems, so I took some otc medicine.  It made me drowsy, so I laid down on the couch to take a nap.  After a while, I got up and went to the restroom.  Afterwards, I was still very groggy and I laid back down.  I was awake and aware of everything around me, at this time.  Then, I just had a mental picture of a Christmas card.  I could see my hands pulling it out of the envelope.  The card didn’t open from the side (like a book).  It was the kind that you flip the front page up to open it.  I opened the card to see the signature because I didn’t know who it was from.  There was no signature inside.  You know, a person would sign their name under the printed “greeting” under the card.  Well, there was a handwritten word on the card, but it was next to the edge of the card to the right of the “greeting” and instead of being written from left to right, horizontally, it was written like from bottom to top and this is the word and how it appeared:

The word that I saw was the word “CAVE” because I read it from the bottom to the top.  Now that I’ve actually written it down, it also looks like “EVAC”. Could it be an abbreviation for evacuation?

I opened my eyes and thought about this for a few minutes.  I had actually gone through the mail on my desk yesterday.  There were a couple of Christmas cards (from businesses) that I hadn’t bothered to open.  I took care of the other mail, but left the cards on my desk.  Then, this morning I opened them.  The cards opened from the side like a book (I checked later) and there was nothing strange about the cards.  This might have been the reason, for seeing the Christmas card in my mind when I laid down, but I had actually opened those several hours earlier, taken a quick look and tossed them in the trash.  I hadn’t given them a second thought.  It doesn’t explain why I would see the word “Cave” or “Evac” written in the card and in such an unlikely place in the card.
