"Advice I found on flu
prevention or treatment"
To avoid flu:
Using pure ascorbic acid, take 1/3 daily dose with each meal,
starting at 1000 mg per meal, increasing slowly to 2000-4000 mg
each meal (always rinse mouth afterwards). If you develop loose
stools, back off a bit.
Other nutrients to consider:
Lysine 6000 mg a day, divided into three doses
High potency MVM plus calcium and magnesium supplement daily
Antiviral agents are:
l-proline, l-glycine
turmeric
ginger
garlic
zinc
copper
oil of oregano
n-acetyl cysteine
In the event that you do contract the flu, increase vitamin C
intake to much higher levels: 2000 mg dose, every hour.
Remember: daily dose of 6000 mg Vitamin C an equal amount of
lysine- sick or not!
I do not have the source of this information as I have had it
for a few years now, keeping it for just such an occasion as we
now have.
Pray for us in the Pacific Northwest where we are being kept
shrouded in dense fog, as military presence increases off our
shores between China and Japan. Something is up. NORAD has been
busy.
