Thank you for your prayers,  right now, we really need all of them.  My husband is a 20 year Veteran who has applied to over 50 or more jobs on USAJOBS and over half of them he was told that he was qualified for the positions and that is where it ended???  He did follow ups on them, and some he got back that they hired someone already, and others never replied.   I don't understand how he keeps getting passed over when he even got 3 responses back that he WAS THE BEST CANIDATE for the job and STILL GOT PASSED OVER????  This is what is so frustrating about the whole job search.
 
I wish we could go back to the olden days where we could sell ourselves face to face with an employer???

P.S.  My husband is a Seabee  UT    He has multiple qualifications is all the fields and has an Associates Degree and has opened his BA.
