Subj: The Civil War in Syria has Suddenly Taken a Strange New Twist.  Debkafile Report: Russia Lifts Nationals out of Syria.  Moscow & Iran Arm Assad for a Major Armored Push

 

 

The Russian emergency ministry said Monday, Jan. 21 that it is sending two  planes to Beirut to evacuate 100 Russians from Syria - the first such effort  since the uprising against Bashar Assad began in March 2011. Moscow also announced contingency plans to lift 30,000 Russian nationals from the  embattled country.

 

This evacuation of Russian nationals starting Tuesday was decided after the  Syrian high command received orders from President Assad to organize  mobile armored strike groups with massive fire power for a big push to run the  rebel forces out of the towns, villages and areas they have captured, mostly in  the north and southeast.

Debkafile’s military sources report that, because they are in a hurry, the Syrian  army chiefs decided to use only seasoned officers and men with experience in  active service against the rebels, rather than new recruits who would need  weeks of combat training. The divisions or brigades holding the line in such trouble spots as Aleppo, Homs and Deraa, are being depleted, some of their units detached for service in the new armored strike groups.

 

According to debkafile’s military sources, Russian officials up to the level of President Vladimir Putin examined the Iranian-Syrian armored strike group tactics and approved.

Large Russian naval maneuver starts linked to Syria

At least eight warships drawn from Russia’s Northern, Baltic and Black Sea fleets have launched one of its largest naval exercises in years. The, Moscow  announcement Sunday did not mention Syria, but Andrei Frolov, from the  Moscow military think tank CAST said last week that the nine-day drill was a  reminder to the West of Russia’s links with Syria and its opposition to Western  military intervention in the revolt against Assad.

This latest plan sounds like they (the Syrian's, the Russian's the Iranian's and who else???--perhaps Turkey) ARE PLANNING A BLITZKRIEG, A SUDDEN INTENSE MILITARY CAMPAIGN INTENDED TO BRING ABOUT A SWIFT VICTORY.  Notice that Russia, Gog, of the Land of Magog, is fulfilling Ezekiel 38:7-8(NIV)   ⁷ “‘Get ready; be prepared, you and all the hordes gathered about you, and take command of them.  ⁸ After many days you will be called to arms. In future years you will invade a land that has recovered from war, whose people were gathered from many nations to the mountains of Israel, which had long been desolate.  They had been brought out from the nations, and now all of them live in safety.

 

Will this be  Babylon (America's) demise???

 

Ezekiel 38:10-12(NIV) ¹⁰ “‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says: On that day thoughts will come into your mind and you will devise an evil scheme. ¹¹ You will say, “I will invade a land of unwalled villages; I will attack a peaceful and unsuspecting people—all of them living without walls and without gates and bars.  ¹² I will plunder and loot and turn my hand against the resettled ruins and the people gathered from the nations, rich in livestock and goods, living at the center of the land.”

 

[Folks, the last time I looked at the maps, Syria's Southeast is the Golan Heights!  Will this be payback time to Israel to recover the Golan Heights?  You have heard of the famous WW 2 Movie "A Bridge Too Far"!  Will this Syrian Blitzkrieg be Bashar Assad's camouflaged secret strike on Israel to take back the Golan Heights?]

 

To get even more insight into what might  be in 'the offing', let's review quickly what  Daniel Matson wrote in his Five Doves  post on January 17, 2013 concerning the  Yom Kippur War connection.  That war started most unexpectedly on October 6, 1973 with a surprise blitzkrieg attack at the Golan Heights region on Yom Kippur when the Jews were in their Synagogues across Israel.  Russia was also part of that conspiracy as they fed live 'in real time' surveillance feeds from their Russian space satellites to Syria.

This then leaves some interior dates that bear watching. Back in 2006 within the 120 day period, the Feast of Trumpets fell at the exact golden proportion (day 74 from the start of the 120).  From October 6, 1973, that equivalent date is January 22, 2013. This date is slated to have elections for the 19th Knesset in Israel. It is also the 40th anniversary of Roe vs. Wade in the USA. This is interesting since the period of 14,400 (120 x 120) days that first started this finding nearly eleven years ago is also the product of 40 (forty) 360-day years

(40x360).

This should give you pause to consider just how close we may be to the Rapture and Sudden  Destruction!
