If you have time to look at the verse, chapter and book counts , I am sure I am overlooking additional connections. The name "Barak" occurs 13 times in scripture.

13 different verses.
 3 different chapters. Judges 4,5. Heb. 11.
 2 different books.... Total 18. 6+6+6. Also, 13:18 is the Beast verse in book 66  (Revelation).

Judges is book 7.
Hebrews is book 59. .... Total 66. The two books together point toward book 66.
