As I ponder how we run all week to recover on the end just to run again I realize we can either run in this life thinking that is it or realize to live we are to realize that Christ died to free us from this life! We are to be in the world yes but spiritually not of it! That is the race we need to run as our other self wears out we need to renew our spirit to live by Gods abiding word!

For God so loved the world He gave his only begotten Son that whosoever believes on Him has eternal life!

The only life is in His Son that's what we should live for!
