In yesterday's post, Matthew made a comment on how time seems to be passing far more quickly than normal.  I have felt that too.  In fact, it has been something that seems really profound to me.  People say on a regular basis that time is passing quickly.  However, it seems to be more than just perception to me.  Time actually is passing a lot faster than it did in the past.  A week seems to go by in about 3 days.  Months only seem to be 2 or 3 weeks long anymore.
 
After reading Matthew's post it occurred to me.  How often do we pray to the Lord to come quickly???  I know I do, and you probably do as well.  I pray so often about coming quickly that I am amazed by the patients our Lord has with me.  I am sure that our God has a specific day and hour planned for the rapture, and He is not about to change it, regardless of how much we beg Him to do so.  But, what if God grants our prayers by speeding up our perception of time????
 
Maybe, just maybe, God answers the prayers of those who watch for His return and persistently ask for Him to come quickly, by speeding up our perception of time.  Just a thought.  What do you think???  Has anybody out there noticed it as well.  Is it just me?????????
