You're very welcome. Yes, it's easy
to be sucked in. Some rules of thumb: 1798/Napoleon/Pope; Has
the law been cancelled?; Has the Sabbath been cancelled?;
invasion of Rome by Goths, Visgoths, et al; denial of the
rapture. If you hear ANY of these, you are in a 7DA
presentation. Somewhere in the lecture series they will also
include a HOW TO BE HEALTHY section. (Lots of veggies, no
meat, no shellfish) (Thank you, but no thanks. I'd rather be
happily unhealthy than miserably healthy.)
I've sat through probably half a
dozen 7DA lecture series. As I mentioned, their speaker are
highly trained. They're excellent, true masters of their
trade. And the content of the lectures, while wrong, is
extremely interesting. My library expanded by about 6 feet
after listening to them. I went back and READ all the history
they allude to. My summary: They're history cherry pickers!
They leave out inconvenient truths.
In my Bullinger post I neglected to
mention that he effortlessly disposes of historicists,
preterists and amillennialists with intermittent
parenthetical comments. It's almost like watching someone
absent-mindedly swatting a fly.

A million Thanks Bob! Yep, I was surely sucked in and
didn't know it! Well, I DO now and so glad you
wrote. It gets a little scary how clever (or cagey)
these people are to deceive and mislead.
