Bill O'reilly said yesterday, Wednesday that Trump is talking
directly with Putin to get a cease fire in place. That there is to be
a "buffer zone" manned by European troops, and Ukraine will be allowed
to join the European Union, but not NATO.
   It is obvious that if European troops are between Ukraine and
Russia and Russia kills some of them, that Putin will be at war with
NATO because of NATO's article Five.
  Ukraine is being excluded from the talks because they refuse to
accept the reality that they are never going to get back The Donbas or
Crimea.  What is just is.
