I don't know where this footage was shot. However, military aged men have been pouring over the border in droves. One commenter said it's US military, but the powder Blue hats are definitely from the United Nations. I've read a bunch of people who had dreams or visions of military going door to door and they specifically mentioned powder blue hats.
And then there is the post about Alexa saying the United States becomes the United Nation States of America or UNSA.
