I know I have sent this out before, but I am sending it out again. In 1959 my parents and I went to the Carmel Theater to see this movie. I was only 9 years old but the movie had a profound effect upon me, and I am certain that it set me on the path to getting born again 20 years later in 1979! In this movie there is a nuclear war in the northern hemisphere, and Gregory Peck's American submarine was submerged in the Pacific Ocean when the war hit. America was gone, so Gregory Peck took his submarine to Australia. This is a very powerful movie, and you should be able to get the entire movie online should you wish to watch it. I highly recommend the movie! It is a classic and Gregory Peck's acting is awesome!

P.S. Well now it is 2024 and the Rapture is approaching! "This generation shall not pass" in Scripture is referring to Israel's return as a nation in 1948, and the Rapture and subsequent 7 year Tribulation Period leading to the Second Coming are drawing near!
P.P.S. I have always been fascinated by this movie, and I have seen it many, many times. For some reason I never tire of watching it!
