Hmmm! This number is oddly specific. Of course the Biden administration have produced a word salad to make out that this warning applies to ALL countries but it's pretty obvious that this is directed at Israel. 45 days from February 8th (the start date according to the article) brings us to Purim proper (Adar 2) on March 24th.
Judging by the tone of the recent news articles about Israel, it's not looking good. This is Bible prophecy rapidly unfolding.
