Actually there are Islamic Muslim countries that still have Crown Princes which are listed below:

Bahrain -- Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa. 

Brunei -- Al-Muhtadee Billah ibni Hassanal Bolkiah. 

Iran -- Reza Pahlavi who is the exiled crown prince. 

Jordan -- Hussein bin Abdullah. 

Libya is Mohammed El Sennusi. 

Oman -- Theyazin bin Haitham Al Said.  

Kuwait -- Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al Sabah was the crown prince until Dec. 16, 2023 when he became Emir of Kuwait. He has 1 year to name a new Crown Prince. 

Morocco -- Moulay Hassan. 

United Arab Emirates: each of the constituent emirates of the U.A.E. uses the title of 'Crown Prince' for their heirs apparent:

While Joel Richardson believes that Mecca is Mystery Babylon, Perry Stone sees a different city as a possibility for Mystery Babylon which he reveals in his recently published new book called "Artificial Intelligence Versus God, The Final Battle For Humanity" which is available at Artificial Intelligence Verses God | Perry Stone Ministries which can ordered as a book, Kindle or Audio-book.  It can be found under chapter 13 in his book. This website link also reveals the title of chapter 13 which is a hint or clue as to where this city might be located.

As for your statement, "And then how the AntiChrist stops the Daily Sacrifices at the Mid-Point of the 7-Year Tribulation Period and enters the Holy of Holies. Only a Jewish man, a Priest could enter and do such things."  Antiochus IV Epiphanes wasn't Jewish, and he stopped the twice daily sacrifices in the temple. He also sacrificed a pig on the altar and erected a statue of the Greek god Zeus inside the temple.

My question is why would the Islamic countries in the Mid-East accept a Jewish Antichrist messiah to worship as their god when they hate the Jews and want to annihilate them?
