In reply to your 2/05 post Isaiah 65:20 during the kingdom, rather than the new Jerusalem? (fivedoves.com) yes, Isaiah 65:20 takes place during Jesus' 1,000 year kingdom reign on Earth.  People will still be dying during that time.  Isaiah 65:20 says, "There shall be no more thence an infant of days, nor an old man that hath not filled his days; for the child shall die an hundred years old; but the sinner being an hundred years old."

Later on after the Jesus' 1,000 year reign according to Rev. 21:1-2 a new heaven and a new earth are created, and new Jerusalem comes down from God out of heaven at which time "there shall be no more death" according to Rev.21:4.
