Hello John and Doves,In this letter I have linked two videos with Sasha Latypova. She clearly explains the role the DoD played in the development, manufacture, distribution, and total control of Covid-19 mRNA "vaccines". Even controlling the narrative! (And the DoD was intimately connected with Covid-19.) Over the last three years, I have come across bits and pieces of information connecting the DoD to Covid-19 and the Covid-19 mRNA - none of it put the DoD in a good light. But nothing as damning as what Sasha presents here. Sasha has the resources, connections and expertise to get so much more. This is very damning information.Video 1:In this interview by Maria Zeee of Sasha Latypova. Sasha is a whistleblower on the origins of the Covid-19 "vaccine". The U.S. DoD is behind the Covid-19 "Warp Speed" - the "vaccine program was/is a weapon against the people - a depopulation weapon."Sasha Latypova spoke in Stockholm on January 21, 2023, "Covid-19 Countermeasures - Evidence of the Intent to Do Harm". Sasha was a pharma and medical device R & D executive.Here are my notes if you don't want to watch the video - it's about 25 minutes long.Sasha realized in her employment that she was being lied to. She 'retired' and became a private citizen to investigate this topic of Covid-19 "vaccine".'Good Manufacturing Practices' are to make sure a product is manufactured the same way with the same outcome over and over. We do not expect the product to vary week to week, etc.Pharmaceuticals are highly regulated.Her investigations found inconsistent product across manufacturers.In her professional opinion, no one should be taking any vaccines until all of this is investigated.Using VAERS (U.S. Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System):In looking at flu vaccines and the lots, she notes that there is very consistent data for adverse reactions across various manufactures and lots. Almost identical numbers. Looking at the graph, one can not discern the different manufacturers or lots. That's what is expected. Good manufacturing practices.However, when she looked at Janssen, Moderna and Pfizer, and the lots of each, the results are shocking. Pfizer has a very large number of adverse events reports compared to Janssen and Moderna. This shouldn't be happening. The manufacturing should be the same across the board because of "Good manufacturing practices". This graph shows three distinct manufacturers - that is not what is expected. And the lots very greatly! In some lots there were almost no adverse events reported, in other lots there were thousands of adverse events reported with hundreds of deaths.On January 18, 2021, Orange County CA Health Department flagged a certain lot for a high number of adverse reactions. But nothing was done. This lot was given all across the country. If it had been lettuce, all of the lettuce would have been immediately recalled. Over 65 people have died and over 3,000 serious adverse events after getting this lot. (Remember VAERS is grossly underreported - maybe only 1% of the adverse reactions (this includes deaths) are reported.)All manufacturers have systems to detect adverse reactions. The manufacturer did not recall this lot.Why isn't anyone following up on this? Hundreds of researchers are seeing this and reporting this - here in the U.S., Europe, Australia, etc.There is a criminal cartel that extends all over the world.In the U.S. - there are three things that can be utilized: Emergency Use Authorization, Other Transaction Authority and Public Health Emergency:The U.S. has an Emergency Use Authorization. Safety testing doesn't apply. Hundreds of EUAs have been given for drugs in the U.S.In 2015, under Obama the "Other Transaction Authority" enabled the DoD to order undisclosed "military prototypes" from pharm - this includes vaccines, monoclonal antibodies, masks, staffing, this has given the DoD access to a huge amount of money and the DoD can order products from pharma without having to follow any regulations. There is a lot of secrecy. Typically they have used this framework to order weapons. But recently they are using this same framework to order pharmaceutical products.Then a Public Health Emergency can be declared. Like a pandemic. After WHO declared a pandemic based on some 40 cases in 8 billion people, the US declared a Public Health Emergency - a pandemic.When all three of these come into play together - there is a U.S. law/code: involving the use of EUA countermeasures. No pharmaceutical regulations apply to these products. This is the lie we were told. They claimed they were making these products following Good Manufacturing Processes when they were not.Countermeasures to the pandemic is what they came up with - when something becomes a countermeasure is it not longer a pharmaceutical.The government lied to us about this being a health event from the get go. They organized the response to this as if it was war. National Security Council was put in charge. No health care representatives in this council.Operation Warp Speed - in the Government chart she presents, we are shown "Not in charge": Pharma companies ($$$$) and "In charge": NSC (National Security Council, DoD, BARDA - Biomedical Advanced Reserch and Development Authority) The Chief Operating Officer is shown to be the Department of Defense. The Chief Science Advisor is shown to be HHS.(BARDA is in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) - it "provides an integrated, systematic approach to the development of the necessary vaccines, drugs, therapies and diagnostic tools for public health medical emergencies...")

Pharmaceutical companies usually design their own clinical trials, safety monitor themselves, hire the researchers, etc. But the government did all of that for them. And they have the DOJ defending them. Why is the Department of Justice defending these vaccine manufacturers? The whole thing is run by the DoD, and U.S. government.Who is really manufacturing these vaccines? (This is a real eye-opener bit of information!)This government slide shows the "Demo" manufacturers and who is actually doing the "Manufacturing". The Demo manufacturers are shown to be Johnson & Johnson, moderna, Novavax, AstraZeneca, Pfizer, Sanofi Pasteur. The "Manufacturing" is actually shown to be done by the regular DoD contractors like BD, Marathon Medical, patheon, Corning, The Texas A & M University System,cytiva, Snapdragon, Smiths Medical, etc.
Another slide from BARDA shows how much they paid these companies - totaling 4 - 5 trillion dollars. Some companies were just the "demo" companies!She shows another slide of "all US government Covid-19 related contracts obtained by KEI via FOIA. Note that almost every one of them is DoD and the others are HHS. The DoD contracted almost all of these companies.This was all managed by Advanced Technology International (ATI) - their website home page has a video of a military soldier with a machine gun - as she says, "this looks very health care related to me." (sarcasm) They manage this through the OTA - Other Transaction Authority (mentioned above).Her next article is titled: "DOD Contracts: Military Prototypes, Promise of No Liability, Tight Micromanagement". Under "prototypes" there is "DOD's November 2018 OTA guide defined a prototype project as addressing certain needs, such as a proof of concept, model and novel application of commercial technologies for defense purposes." It also states, "no independent interaction with the FDA". And "Micro-management of operations, clinical, regulatory from DOD (not "arms length".) And "Product described explicitly as "civil and military application". And "promise no liability.."These DOD contracts also "remove national sovereignty, prohibit changing of national laws to make pharma liable for injury. Prohibit independent vial testing of imported product."International: Negotiations were made to sign these contracts. No liability for Pfizer, etc.Local governments in other countries were contracted to support all of this. Countries couldn't change their laws.There is no independent testing of vials. It's in the contracts. These companies have absolutely no liability.What about the CDC and FDA? (This is truly shocking!) This directs the CDC, FDA, etc.- they didn't have to follow any regulations - they were to convince the public that this vaccine was a pharmaceutical product when it is not. The clinical trials were done as part of the deception - to deceive the public. The DOD did not have to order any, so they didn't. The CDC, FDA, etc. jumped through those hoops to convince the public that these are "pharmaceutical" products - which they are not.)"Vaccine Development and Approval" - a performance art to convince the public"1) The word "demonstration" (i.e. fake) in DOD contracts for vaccines. They continue to hide this information. Majority of people appear to be OK. One in four have some sort of injury and about 8% are severely injured and about 5% die. That's in the short term. In the long term we don't know. We know the mortality is increasing. More and more people are dying suddenly - especially young people. CDC is presenting this as a new phenomenon.
