Hello John and Doves,
Several things to address in this letter.
Some upcoming dates later in February. And then there
is the 'rumor' of a secret meeting - the outcome of which
will either be one of peace (however temporary) or 72 hour
evacuation warnings to cities before nuclear launch.
Dates:
Russian
President Valdimir Putin is scheduled to deliver his State
of the Nation Address to the Russian federal assembly on
February 21.
February
24 is the year anniversary date of the Russian invasion of
Ukraine.
It's possible that on February 23 and
24, the United Nations will meet in New York City
to expel Russia from the UN Security Council.
I am not seeing any UN meetings listed for
February 23/24. However, there is a UN
Security Council meeting on February 24 - "to
address the situation in Ukraine on February 24, coinciding
with the first anniversary of the Russian invasion of
Ukrainian territory." The meeting is to deal with "the
maintenance of peace and security in
Ukraine."

Ukrainian Minister Kuleba believes that the UN
- the whole world - will meet to condemn Russia and plan
sanctions, weapons, etc against her. He said the
process of kicking Russia off the Council would be
"inevitably delayed, but the "major events" would take place
in New York, where the headquarters of the United Nations is
based, on Feb. 23 and 24, and these two days will be devoted
exclusively to Russia's aggression and Ukraine's future
victory." He points out that the whole world will
express unity against Russia at this meeting.
The Ukrainian Minister Kuleba said that
"Russia will remember how the world marks the
anniversary of it's full-scale aggression against
Ukraine."
I looked this up to see if
a "permanent" member could be removed from this council -
and no, they can not. However, "Russia" isn't
mentioned in the charter, but the 'Soviet Union' is.
And the Russian Federation hasn't presented any request
for a name change.....so, maybe on this bit of
information, by a technicality, Russia could
be kicked off the UN Security Council.
And, in response to the UN meeting on February
24, Russia has threatened something big to catch
the world's attention on February 24. It looks
like in response to this world unity against Russia.
"Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov warned that
Moscow would take great measures to overshadow anti-Russia
events allegedly being planned by the West to mark the
warn's anniversary on Feb 24."
He goes on the threaten "Our diplomacy will do
everything to ensure that the anti-Russian sabbaths planned
for the end of February - as it timed to coincide with the
anniversary of the special military operation, both in New
York and at other sites that the West is now actively
working on together with the Kyiv regime - so that
this will not turn out to be the only events that will
gain the world's attention"....
Russia is working on "reports" dealing with the
invasion of Ukraine, and "allegations of direct
participation of the US in the sabotage of the Nord Stream
pipeline linking Russia to Germany under the
Baltic Sea. (I assume this will be presented during
the Feb 24 UN Security Council Meeting)
"Kyiv expects Putin to attempt something on
Feb. 24..."
Seymour Hersh is claiming the US
Navy blew up the Nord Stream 2 pipelines.
The US could have used divers as Hersh alleges
or the US could have dropped bombs from a military aircraft.
So what will be Russia's response?
"Reportedly, military insiders say that they
have been warned to expect the launch of the
"unstoppable" Satan-2 missile between February 15 and
25. Also known as that Sarmat to Russian,
officials in remote districts of Kamchatka, a peninsula in
the Russian Far East, have been urged to prepare themselves
for its test launch...The test range is a Russian
intercontinental ballistic missile impact area located in
norther Kachatka Krai in the Russian Far East....Military
insiders also say that the expected launch may simply be a
test to see how "unstoppable" the Satan-2 is....A
Satan-2 missile is...capable of carrying 15 nuclear
warheads simultaneously. Its reach is
capable of destroying the United Kingdom within six minutes,
even from a distance of 1,600 miles." Putin said that
no defense system can stop these missiles.
Russia is, of course, livid about what happened
to their pipelines. This was between Germany and
Russia - not any other country. And if the US did this
- when the DoD wouldn't even shoot down a CCP spy balloon
over the US, but would blow up two pipelines between two
other countries....
The Rumor:
I'm reporting this as 'rumor' because I haven't
seen any other news about this - supposedly there are secret
negotiations going on - I assume because of the
US bombing of the Russian pipelines among other things - and
if these fail, "then a 72-hour evacuation period
will be given to areas and then the Russian Army will
regularly launch nuclear weapons." The
article states that "obviously the talk is about Western
Ukraine." I would be beg to differ on the target -
Putin has said over and over he would not use nukes on
Ukraine - he would use them in NATO countries. Why
would he want any nuclear cloud over Russia? And
Ukraine is a puppet for NATO. Go after the puppet
masters.
The Russians said, "All this gives us
the right to use our nuclear weapons, according
to our own doctrine of their application." (And
someone bombed the Crimea bridge too.)
So, we have China "feeling out the US military"
and collecting sensitive data in Montana and across the US
and possibly they now have 3D data of the beaches/land of
Hawaii....and maybe that Satan-2 missile won't be a
'test'...maybe the West wants Putin in a corner, and wants
WW3 to hide their multiple sins against humanity and bring
on the Tribulation Period. Satan is probably ready to
get his allotted time period.
Russia has threatened London, DC, and various
capitols in NATO - like Madrid, Berlin...
And on Feb 9, the Independent UK news reported
this:
Back in December, Putin said "Russia
may shift its nuclear policy to a first strike strategy
rather than a defensive one as his war in Ukraine drags on
and the West's concern about Russia's ties with Iran
grow." (Iran has a store of hypersonic and ballistic
missiles) Putin said "he was considering a preemptive
strike policy...." Russia has already commissioned
hypersonic weapons. These weapons can travel at 3,800
mph - five times faster than the speed of sound.
Putin
threatens preemptive nuclear strike as war drags on
Ignoring Putin's words for nuclear escalation
is extremely dangerous. IF there is a secret meeting,
hopefully the warmongers will not attend. This war in
Ukraine needs to be resolved and hard concessions made on
both sides. But I have a bad feeling, neither side
will back down or give one inch.....
That Satan-2 can take out 12 NATO capitols in
one launch...
Whoever is in that secret meeting has to
realize there is a lot weighing in the balance.
Has the world been found
wanting? God has numbered the days of the 'reign' of
various world leaders...whose kingdoms will be divided and
given over to their enemies?
