Could the US Speaker of the House possibly bring back the House Committee on Un-American Activities?
So, then, instead of Joe McCarthy looking for communists, maybe this time they’ll ask:
   “Are you now, or have you ever been, a member of the Republican party?"

However, will they begin combing people's Facebook & Twitter accounts, and covertly combing people's emails, texts and phone calls,

looking for material that they may begin to label as not only hate speech, but subversive, and unacceptable?

Could they begin to hold things against people for writing Biblical things, like they do in other countries?

Could our new president invite China to come here and show us how they "really" implement separation of church and state?

These thoughts would have sounded absurd a year ago, but now?
