"What does it mean that they will not endure sound doctrine?"

What does it mean that they will not endure sound doctrine?

II Timothy 4:3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;

Does that mean that they will leave the churches that preach and teach sound doctrine?
Or, since it says that they will heap to themselves teachers, does it mean that they will cycle the teachers?
Do they stay in their churches, yet frequently vote out pastors, and bring in new ones, because of doctrine?
Or does the heap to themselves picture them doing this, instead, via the internet?
Do they heap YouTube teachers to themselves in accordance with the connection, or lack thereof, over doctrine?
Since, due to covid, many churches preach on FaceBook, YouTube, or Zoom.
People have gotten used to that over the past year.
Also, since, nowadays, most people's other connections are via the internet, online services really fit in to that lifestyle.
Will many people now, desire to continue church online, even after covid is over?
If so, will this scripture have even more significance?

Hebrews 10:25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.
