"Does it show the Gentile characteristics?"

Does the following:

Isaiah 60:5 Then thou shalt see, and flow together, and thine heart shall fear, and be enlarged; because the abundance of the sea shall be converted unto thee, the forces of the Gentiles shall come unto thee.

Which connects the abundance of the sea with the forces of the Gentiles, bring any light upon the following?

Daniel 7:2 Daniel spake and said, I saw in my vision by night, and, behold, the four winds of the heaven strove upon the great sea.
3 And four great beasts came up from the sea, diverse one from another.

As well as the following?

Revelation 13:1 And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.

If so, then does it show the Gentile character of the four beasts in Daniel 7?
Then does it also show the Gentile character of the composite beast that John saw?
Rather than to indicate an actual rising from a body of water?

Daniel 7:16 I came near unto one of them that stood by, and asked him the truth of all this. So he told me, and made me know the interpretation of the things.
17 These great beasts, which are four, are four kings, which shall arise out of the earth.

That even though saw them come up from the sea, he was told that they arise out of the earth.
