Based on what you said last week, I was wondering if it may be possible that the tabernacle and the cross could be related in layout?
Looking at the layout of the tabernacle, and the layout of the cross, is there any connection?
When entering the tabernacle, first the brazen altar is passed, where the sacrifice was done, and the blood poured out at the bottom.
Beginning at the bottom of the cross, which itself is also the place of sacrifice, Jesus' blood ran down to the bottom.
Next at the tabernacle was the brazen laver, where they washed their feet.
Moving up the cross are where Jesus feet were nailed.
Next at the tabernacle was the sixth curtain doubled in the forefront.
Moving up the cross was what little covering that Jesus had left, after they parted his garments.
Next in the tabernacle, on the left side one would see the golden candlestick, and on the right side, the table of shewbread.
Moving up the cross, one would see on the left side, Jesus' right hand nailed, and on the right side, his left hand nailed.
Next, moving in the tabernacle was the altar of incense.
Moving up the cross would be where the heart of Jesus was.
Next in the tabernacle was the holiest of all where mercy seat upon the ark was.
Moving up the cross was Jesus' very head.
Next in the tabernacle was the table of commandments in the ark.
Next up the cross was the superscription, Jesus of Nazareth King of the Jews.
So, are these connections possible?
Does it make sense?
