We were given a pro Christian, pro Israel POTUS in the person of Donald Trump. He wasn't just a breath of fresh, clean air for America. We all breathed a sigh of relief. The year 2017 began our "trial" if you will. The minute Trump began his Deal of the Century stuff involving Israel, is the minute things began going awry. A total solar eclipse over America, in August 2017, warned the world that this was sending us in the wrong direction. So much so that 40 months later, we were given a sign involving the ancient pagan god of Saturnalia. Evil was about to make it's entrance.

Whether one believes the "Abraham Accords" were great for Israel or not, is neither here no there. Almighty God has stated over and over that nobody is allowed to mess with Israel. Jerusalem in particular. When former President Trump held his huge TV announcement over recognising Jerusalem as the capital of Israel and would be moving the USA embassy to Jerusalem - the Christian world celebrated. Little knowing that this was just the start of the "meddling with Israel" that God has forbidden. Did you notice, during Trump's Jerusalem declaration, that it seemed as though his false teeth had become loose? It was a little unnerving. He appeared as though he was struggling to speak clearly.

Well...it's done now and the world is reaping the start of the whirlwind. Humanity has entered a new phase with Covid. It's not simply a punishment but has also provided all people with time to THINK. Ponder the deeper, spiritual meaning of life. No more frantic consumerism or rushing to and fro from work....getting the kids to school etc. This time has also been a gift. A pause. We can be sure that this time is limited and that there will be a finale.

Israel's leadership have erred greatly in signing the Abraham Accords. Prior to Covid - Israeli leadership made it legal to desecrate the Sabbath. Providing public transport and keeping shops, malls, pubs and restaurants open on the Sabbath. Even a brief reading of the foundation of keeping the Sabbath holy to God, in the book of Exodus, should make anyone realise how blasphemous this is. Israel has chosen to remain under The Law. Therefore - they are expected to keep every jot and tittle of that Law. This is, sadly, not the case.

The entire world has entered into judgement. We are currently living in a "pause"...but great tribulation is near. It has always been about Israel. What we do and don't do with Israel. How we treat her people. How we regard Jerusalem and adhere to Almighty God's Word. A massive war is on the horizon. Our redemption awaits.
