In this article, the Rabbi predicts that the Peace Deal will never come to fruition. It won't really get out of the starting gates. He predicts great and destructive disasters to hit the USA because of the peace plan. Note his prediction of the rise of extreme Antisemitism. This  being allowed, by God, because the leaders in Israel are a willing party to this peace plan.

The Rabbi rightly says that Israel is protected by God - but we know that great judgement occurs first. An attack will be allowed. According to Ezekiel 38, it will be brief but savage. In the end, ALL Israel will be saved. See Romans 11.
