Due to the
increase in the number of verified Coronavirus
cases in states adjacent to China – We at the
Ministry of Health have reached the conclusion
that home quarantine orders should be extended
to people returning from four more countries in
addition to China:
- Thailand
- Hong Kong
- Singapore
- Macau
This decision is
applicable to people landing in Israel
starting 16.2.2020 and onwards. Quarantine
orders do not apply to anyone who stayed in
these places during a connection flight.
Quarantine
is an order! Additionally –
you need to register with the Ministry of Health
website or to report to the phone hotline -
*5400.
Our ability to
prevent the spread of the disease to Israel is
dependent on your cooperation and your
compliance with the instructions of the Ministry
of Health.
What to do if you
have returned from these places, and you do not
feel well?
Act in accordance
with the instructions of the Ministry of Health
– call the clinic or the emergency room ahead of
time before you arrive for a check-up. Keep your
nose and mouth covered with a mask or with
another available cloth and do not use public
transportation.
