The spirit/system of Antichrist was in the time of Jesus and has been through out  time until this very hour.  

The 3 dragon/beasts of last book of bible are the same; Antichrist.

Shown with crowns on heads, crowns on horns, and no crowns but with a lady riding said beast. Shown in different ways through out time.

7 heads = 7 empires/nations that ruled over Israel.
10 horns = when Roman Empire fell, it became 10 nations.

Mark/sign of beast has been in force for over 1000 years.
