This week there has been an escalation of war talk between Turkey and Russia. Russia just said it looks as though Turkey is getting ready to invade Syria. If true, could it be what the Jewish rabbis/sages were prophesying about 200 years ago? There are multiple accounts mentioning Turkey and Russia being the spark that sets off WWIII.
Then there's Rabbi Judah Ben Samuel from the 1200's who said Elijah appeared to him and told him many things, including that Elijah will appear here before the Messiah. The Rabbi is best known for his prophecy of Jubilees. He said the Ottoman empire or Turks would capture Jerusalem and control the area for 8 jubilees or 400 years. That happened in 1517 and ended in 1917. Then he said it would be a no man's land for 1 Jubilee up until the Six Day War of 1967 which saw Jerusalem recaptured, and then the following jubilee would usher in the Messianic times..that runs up to 2017. Looks like some major things could happen soon if there is any truth to these visions or prophecies. The link of his story is below:
Also, the Jewish boy Nathan who had the near death experience claimed that WWIII already started in September, the month of the final blood moon. We shall see soon.
