"Enoch, 97, & the Year of the Release"

Readers -

The first mention of the name “Enoch”, Strong’s 2585h, is in Genesis, Bible verse number 97. This is Cain’s son Enoch, not Jared’s son Enoch from Genesis 5.... but I think with these numbers below it does not matter.

Note the number 97.

Enoch’s greek gematria in the New Testament is 1455 = 97 x 15

Again note then number 97.

Last use of the name Enoch is Jude 14:

“And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints,”... This is verse 30687.

The distance between verse 97 and verse 30687 = 30590.

30687 - 97 = 30590

Continue:

1 Thessalonians 4:16, in which the Lord Himself “Descends” from heaven with a shout is Bible verse 29620.

Subtract:

30590 - 29620 = 970 = 97 x 10

Looks like we’re on the right track since 97 appeared.

Chasing 97, the 97th triangle number = 4753.

There are three Bible verses with 4753 as a total verse gematria value. The second one is:

Deuteronomy 15:2

“And this is the manner of the release: Every creditor that lendeth ought unto his neighbour shall release it; he shall not exact it of his neighbour, or of his brother; because it is called the LORD'S release.”

That’s the first time I’ve ever landed on the Jubilee Year in relation to Enoch.

Watch:

Total of the first eight word gematrias in that verse =

1455! (97 x 15), Enoch’s greek gematria (see above).

Total of the first 12 word gematrias in that verse = 2585!

Strong’s 2585h = Enoch!

That would seem to indicate a tie between Enoch and the Year of Release. A theoretical position to take would be then if Enoch is the Church as a prophetic type, then the Church meets the Lord in the air in a Jubilee Year or a Year of Release (shemittah), s seventh year. Enoch is patriarch number seven.

On a side note, in Israel, as of the time of this writing, it is year 5776, a year they consider a Jubilee year (Shemittah).

Jesus is Lord.
